2) PRESENT STATUS OF THE MARKET AND FUTURE ANTICIPATION:

Indi= ces have broken up from sideways patterns of preceeding 9 weeks and entered into ‘Intermediate Buy Modes’ on Friday last,= as these closed above the required weekend levels , setting FIRST UP TARGET= S of 5621 .90 – 5622 .25 (pessimistic 5540 .70) & 18564 .43 – 18630 .95 (pessimistic 18369 .26) and if indices close above 5472 .52 (Nifty Spot) & 18103 .82 (Sensex Spot) at present month end OR above 5393 .80 (Nifty Spot) & 17819 .27 (Sensex Spot) at Nov.11 month end then ‘= Long Term Modes’ will turn into ‘Neutral’ from ‘DownR= 17; setting long term up targets of 6300 .00 – 6349 .00 (Nifty Future) &a= mp; 20700 .00 – 21108 .64 (Sensex Spot) and likelihood of these confirming ‘Long Term Up Modes’ on the way – HENCE LONG TERM BULLS SHOULD BECOME HEAVILY PLUS AS SOON AS INDICES CLOSE ABOVE REQUIRED LEVELS AT NOV. 11 END OR if confirmations of Long Term Up Modes is confirmed by other weekly indicators (please note in our weekly writeup d= td as early as 10^th Oct 2011 we had asked medium term bulls to tigh= ten belts & wait for breakup from sideways patterns and had asked bears to = play at much lower volumes) ; as far as weekly indicators are concerned Williams= % R has again given first week bull indication which requires confirmation in t= his week to turn this medium to long term bull warning as serious & after t= hat within next 10 weeks whenever indices close approximately 5 % above present levels that will seal the fate of ‘Long Term Trend’ as Bull = 211; in the meantime since Intermediate Trend is already up one should accumulat= e at declines for the mentioned up targets.

It has turned up. Last week 213 srips have closed higher as compa= red only 71 scrips in the preceding week (av. rise per s= crip at 4 .80 % is also higher than av. rise per scrip of 3. 58% in the preceding week) & only 36 scrips have closed lower as compared to 179 scrips in the preceding week (a= v. fall per scrip at 1 .73% is also lower than the av. fall per scrip of 3 .3= 0 % in the preceding week) out of 250 scrips we fol= low regularly; last week’s A – D data is shows that bulls are ru= ling the roost.
